Refer property owners to Eagle and earn a permanent, fixed monthly commission on every property you bring in — for as long as it stays under management.
Each property you refer earns its own fixed commission rate based on the order it was referred. Your 1st property always earns 10%, your 2nd always earns 15%, and your 3rd — and every one after — always earns 20%. Rates are permanent and don't change.
The first property you successfully refer to Eagle earns you 10% of the monthly management fee every month — permanently, for as long as it's under our management.
Your second referral earns a higher fixed rate of 15% per month — permanently. This property will always earn 15% regardless of how many other properties you refer in the future.
Your 3rd referral — and every property after — earns 20% per month, permanently. The more you refer beyond two, the more passive income you stack at the maximum rate.

No. Your referral order is based on the sequence in which you referred properties, not on how many are currently active. If your 2nd referral leaves management, your next new referral is still counted as your 3rd (or higher) and earns 20%.
Your commission begins the first full month after the referred property goes active under Eagle Property Management. Payments are issued monthly on the same cycle as owner disbursements.
For as long as the property remains under Eagle's active management. There is no expiration date — your commission continues month after month with no action required on your part.
No limit at all. Every property from your 3rd referral onward earns the maximum rate of 20% per month — so the more you refer, the more passive income you build.
